Conversio Marketing (“Conversio,” “we,” “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have under Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and applicable Canadian legislation.
1. Information we collect
When you submit a form on our website or through a Facebook or Instagram Lead Ad, we collect the following information:
- Your name (first and last)
- Your email address
- Your phone number
No other category of sensitive personal information is collected through these forms.
2. Why we collect this information
This information is used to contact you and respond to your request using our AI conversational service (powered by TacticalHQ flow studio). Specifically, this may include:
- sending automated text messages (SMS) from our AI agent to qualify your needs, answer your questions, and schedule follow-up;
- automated voice calls placed by our AI agent for the same purpose;
- transferring your case to a human Conversio advisor if personalized assistance is required.
By submitting the form, you explicitly consent to being contacted in this manner. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see “Your rights” below).
3. Sharing with third parties
We never sell your information. It is shared only with providers strictly necessary to deliver the service:
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — the platform hosting the lead ad form and delivering submissions to us;
- TacticalHQ (flow studio) — provider of the AI conversational platform that handles SMS and voice calls;
- our internal customer relationship management (CRM) tools, hosted in Canada or the United States.
These providers are contractually required to maintain the confidentiality of your data and to use it solely for the purposes described here.
4. Retention period
Your information is retained for as long as necessary to process your request and any related commercial follow-up, then archived for a maximum of 24 months unless a legal obligation requires a longer retention. After this period, it is securely destroyed or anonymized.
5. Security
We implement reasonable security measures (encryption in transit, restricted access, strong authentication) to protect your information against loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.
6. Your rights
Under Law 25, you have the right to:
- access the information we hold about you;
- request its correction if inaccurate;
- request its deletion;
- withdraw your consent to processing at any time;
- unsubscribe from SMS by replying
STOPto any message received; - decline any automated voice call by notifying us.

7. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation, along with anonymized audience analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel) to improve our content and advertising campaigns. You may block non-essential cookies through your browser settings.
